The Defender PPE Decon System teams a cleaning/decontamination sprayer with a rinse station and a gear dryer. The Rinse Station securely holds gear in an upright position for easy cleaning and gear decontamination using the Ram Air Gear Decon Sprayer. The sprayer automatically mixes water and gear-cleaning solutions/disinfectants with air for optimum decontamination. After cleaning, the dressed stickman from the rinse station is transferred to the Defender PPE Dryer for quick drying without further handling of the gear.

The Ram Air Gear Decon Sprayer properly cleans/disinfects K9 bite suits/sleeves, hazmat suits, bomb suits and chemical resistant coveralls that cannot be washed in a mechanical washer. The sprayer operates with water pressure of up to 100psi, so it can easily be connected to a standard 3/4” garden hose. Air injection at the nozzle provides a foaming action for increased contact times on the protective gear. The sprayer wand is extra long so hard-to-reach areas of the gear are properly cleaned. Use with the Ram Air Rinse Station & Staging Accessory to hold gear in an upright position for easily rinsing/decontaminating.
RINSE STATION/STAGING ACCESSORY
The Ram Air rinse station and staging accessory securely holds stickmen from the Defender PPE Dryer in an upright position for easily rinsing and gear decontamination that cannot be washed in a mechanical washer. This accessory is especially helpful for cleaning and decontamination of K9 bite suits, hazmat suits, bomb suits, chemical resistant coveralls and ice and dive equipment. After cleaning, the dressed stickman are easily transferred to the Defender gear dryer without further handling of the gear. Its compact design folds easily for convenient storage when not in use. The rinse station can be order as a base only or as a package that includes both the base and one stickman. Additional stickmen can also be ordered separately.
THE DEFENDER PPE DRYER
By allowing for inverted drying, The Defender PPE Dryer is able to dry hazmat, bomb suits, immersion and ice-rescue suits while still drying standard K9 bite suits and chemical resistant coveralls. The Defender dries quickly and efficiently thanks to it’s patented design that uses powerful fans to push air through gear from the inside out. This design effectively dries hard to reach areas and vapor barriers in gear that are prone to mold and mildew if not dried properly.
